Is Good Personal Hygiene Difficult With Arthritis?

Personal hygiene can be tough to talk about. Who wants to admit they have a hard time with it? Things like getting up and down from the toilet, wiping, reaching, cleaning orifices, cutting toenails and fingernails, shaving,?brushing your hair -- even the back of your hair!
